All the above meetings are held at the Masonic Hall, Hollands Road, Teignmouth, open 7pm, with a start at 7.30pm, usually for about 1 to 1.5 hours.  This gives you time to buy a drink from the very reasonably priced and well stocked bar and a fantastic opportunity to socialise with your fellow Watch Keepers, whom you may not otherwise get to meet!  Partners and family are most welcome to attend!  Sometimes we hold a raffle which is always a bit of fun and you may take home some wine, chocolates, or other delights!

Each meeting sees a different speaker/presenter from many different organisations, who deliver interesting and informative presentations often with a local/maritime theme!

We also hold an annual Cream Tea in the Summer and later in the year we hold a festive Annual Dinner, both are always very popular and well attended!

All details will be in the monthly Newsletter and posted in the Lookout for your information. Your Social Secretary works hard to organise these social events for you, so please do attend as many meetings as you possibly can.

If you have any questions or ideas for future meetings/social gatherings then please do let me know by emailing @ Social Secretary

Please see your monthly Newsletter and notice board in Lookout for Members Meeting details and other Social Events.

Meetings of the Management Committee

The Management Committee meets each month to discuss projects, fundraising and the management of the station.

Meetings are usually held on the Tuesday before each members meeting.

The current list of members is available in the Lookout

Minutes of meetings are posted on the National Website after ratification at the subsequent committee meeting. The minutes are then available to all members.

To access the minutes you need to login to the National Website using the username and password provided to you when you joined*.

Once logged in you can access the station minutes from the “members area” link at top left as shown on the picture below.

The menu system on the National Website is standard for all stations and we do not use many of the options availabe. For example we prefer to keep our technical documents on this website where they are more readily available and easier for us to update.

The reason why we put the minutes on the National site is that some items in the minutes are confidential and the National site provides and safe password protected area.

*All watchkeepers are members of NCI together with trainees who have started in-lookout training following their taster watch.
